Does AEPi not own their house?

Why is their house up for rent? There’s no way they’re this “high-ranked” but can’t keep randoms from renting

They do not own their lake house, and they are not always allowed to throw events there. SAE also does not own their house if I remember correctly and Pike obviously does not as well, sig chi owns the pike house
