Banned Fraternities (and why not to join)

AEPI -- Massive hazing, its insane that these guys are even allowed to be a fraternity at all. Pledgemaster should be in jail for the abuse in that house
Sammy -- Massive hazing and nothing to show for it (They lost their house to KSig lol)
Theta Chi (OX) -- Huge hazing too, but way weirder with girls than the other two. Had an active member request a girl right (rush OX) on herself for n00ds, weird as hell

Sammy didn’t lose their house to KSig, KSig always owned the house and Sammy rented from them. KS letters were engraved in stone on the house
