what's the deal with beta theta pi?

I just saw their house from the lake, and was surprised by how nice their frontage was. That said, I've literally never heard anything about that house, and with a spread like that you'd think they'd do something with it. Anyone know what their organization is like?

Like 30 guys. House isn't full (non betas live in). A small few know tridelts. Pretty much a lame horse of a chapter. Let a well established chapter move in. Inside of house is supposedly beautiful

Beta actually is an outstanding house nationally. One of the best if not THE best. wonder what happened at this school?

just cuz someone is good nationally doesn't mean they will be good at every school
