Here is a breakdown of the best frats to rush and why

Top Tier: FIJI,AEPI, SAE, BETA
FIJI- great brotherhood, very good parties, not great tailgates, mix with top sororities, tough pledging
AEPI- best big parties/tailgates, bad basement, solid brotherhood, have a lakehouse, hardest pledging, mix with APHI the most
SAE- best house, very good big parties/tailgates, tough pledging, kinda douches but have always been top
Beta- solid big parties/tailgates, have a lakehouse, on social probation until mid october, good brotherhood, okay pledging

Next Tier: DU, DELT, PIKE, THETA CHI
DU- best brotherhood, throw less often, mid house, good parties with other frats, okay pledging, mid tailgates
DELT- solid parties and dudes, less relevant but mix with solid sororities
PIKE- great basement party space, bad tailgates, good brotherhood, tough pledging
THETA CHI- love to self rank on this, solid basement, not great tailgates, good brotherhood, difficult pledging

Bumppp but I would add most of the big parties that are good are when 2-3 of the top frats throw together, not just one
