Theta Chi self rank so much

Theta Chi actually self ranks so much it's crazy. They have a mid party house, with rejects from SAE, AEPI, Beta, and FIJI and they dont mix with any of the top sororities. Don't understand why they are considered "top tier" in every ranking
The only top tier frats are FIJI/AEPI/SAE/BETA and maybe DU on a good day
Theta Chi is a step down with DELT & PIKE
