Frats on the in/out

IN:

Delt - Two great PC's back to back. Lots of great parties, definitely making their way back up to the top.

Lodge - Super sweet guys, always feel comfortable there. Slowing climbing their way to upper mid or low top

TDX - Super underrated house. Parties are always packed. Great music and great guys.

OUT:

TKE - Literally haven't heard a single positive thing about them this year. For as many guys as they get to rush, they really pick the worst ones.

Pike - Haven't rushed well in a while. Being with Aphi for humo is the peak of their popularity. Not the big name they used to be. Only have 2-3 more years left in their house before Sig Chi takes it back.

Phi Delt - Same thing as pike, going to lose their house to SigEp in the next few years. Not the greatest group of guys.
