This is just my opinion!! They are put into order in the tiers. this is also taking into account all the trouble people (ksig/sig chi) got into at the end of the year
Top:
SAE, DU, Sig Ep, Ksig, Sig Chi
Upper Middle:
FIJI, Theta Chi
Middle:
Aepi, The Lodge, Sammy, Chi Psi
Everything else is effectively irrelevant right now
This could probably change next year due to people being in trouble

is putting sig ep in the same tier with fiji and theta chi really that wrong? Sig ep is better than them...but enough better to be put a tier above?

this is a new breakdown way to separate things but I 100% agree with it. I don't see much reason arguing any of these points too. this stuff is pretty set in stone barring any massive mistakes on people's parts

"massive mistakes" have been made on the parts of both sig chi and ksig hahaha. things are going to change this coming year. it's real hard to keep up the wild partying rep (sig chi) or the game day rep (ksig) without a house to do gamedays at or a house to throwdown at

But these two are the only ones that have houses. And KSig is nowhere near in as much trouble as Sig Chi.

I think people mean chi phi when they include both the lodge and "chi psi" in their rankings.
