Frat Rankings Spring 23

1) SAE- One of the best houses, best location, best tailgates, best sororities, biggest name, best philanthropy
2) Fiji- Very Similar to SAE and honestly interchangeable. Best house by far and despite popular belief some really nice down to earth guys.
3) Beta- Might get kicked for hazing idk, Again great house, great sorority relations, good guys and great tailgates. Parties are overrated tho sorry not sorry
4) Theta Chi- Sick house, sick parties. Hazing is awful. Not a great PC in the fall. Could die bc some dbags and everyone knows their hazing is terrible.
5) AEPI- Don’t know much about them bc they don’t really have a true house. Good parties outside tho. Good tailgates.
6) Pike- idk a lot of their guys are cool but there are some absolute bots in there. Plus that house is getting taken and they will become irrelevant again just like they were before they had Sig Chi’s house
7) Delt- Don’t know much about them, St Paddy’s day last year was fun, fun tailgates, might as well go to Fiji if you’re going to that side of Langdon
8) Acacia- House on the Rise for sure. Really good parties, tailgates are ehhhh. Some creeps in there for sure tho.
9) Lodge- Sick house, Sick location. Alright guys. Not that close for sure bc of no new member process.
10) TKE- House that is gonna die for sure. Not sure anyone except tri delt even likes them. Strange guys. Bid factory, just bc it is a big PC doesn’t make it good. A lot of weirdos
11) TDX- hot take here, but this is a house on the rise for sure. Really solid PC in the fall and some really fun parties. Halloween party was so fun. House is in a bad spot tho so unless you know about their parties or are in theta can be pretty lowkey.
11) Phi Delt- losing that house to Sig Ep apparently and not a great PC last fall. Just not that good will be irrelevant soon
12) K Sig- Not a real thing yet, no house plus some absolute weirdos. Their Tik Tok pledges are really annoying hot take. Only reason people know about them tho.
