This is a pretty long shot, but does anyone know which houses were popular in the 80's and 90's? My dad was in a fraternity here and I'm curious as to how things related to now?

I'm not positive but I thought I heard DU was in playboy sometime in the 80s, and I would assume kappa sig has been a longstanding powerhouse. Can't speak on the others, sig chi maybe? Pike could have been as well

both FIJI and SAE were kicked off in the late 80s/early 90s for partying so I'd assume they were at least relevant

According to my dad ('82), the top houses at the time were: SAE, SigChi, DU, Chi Phi, KSig, Sammy (No particular order)

SAE, Sigma Chi, DU, Kappa Sig, Sammy, ChiPhi, SigEp, PhiDelt

Top Sororities in the '90s:
GPhi, Kappa, AXO, DG

doesn't really surprise me. there's almost no social mobility with sororities since there is little risk for them to get kicked off.

Guy's is interesting tho, had no idea we even had a Phi Delt at one point
