Everyone posting on this site is either in sig ep, theta chi, or Fiji because they think they have a chance at being relevant, but they are wrong. All this bashing about DU EX and SAE is hilarious. You want to know why they will always be top houses and sig ep, theta chi, and Fiji won't? It's because of the members of their fraternities, not because of their house or the condition the fraternity is in. You think good looking, cool kids that love to party and can spit game to girls would rush a fraternity like Fiji, theta chi, or sig ep? The answer is no. When they see and talk the members of sig chi, DU, and SAE they know that they are on a different caliber than those bottom tier frats. You think SAE will drop in ranks because they're homeless? The answer is no. You think sig Chi and DU will become irrelevant after this year? The answer is no. They have made friendships with so many girls from all the top tier soroties that theta chi and Fiji dream of having, and you think those girls will stop hanging out with sig chi and DU? Girls go crazy for kids in sig chi and DU because they're good looking, love to throw down, and have their own swagger to them unlike the typical sperry and khaki everyday attire that is the bottom tier try hard fraternities that includes Pike top
