Pi Kappa Phi’s size and tier

Pi Kapps is a top house at so many schools, why hasn’t the chapter at Madison grown into something big for so long? I feel like 7 years is enough to become a mid sized chapter no?

Having a strong national presence means literally nothing if you don’t have active local alumni who can add money to help grow a chapter, tridelt is one of the best sororities nationally and look at their chapter at uw

They’re the bottom of the barrel other than sdt, despite 100 years on campus they’ve got passed by ones that have been around less than 10 years

dawg u realize some of the frats on campus have been there for like the late 1800's and even the 1900's 7 years atp its a baby

It’s the leadership, the exec board is soft, antisocial, and delusional. I heard they lied to alot of their pledges making false promises, leading to a whole pc dropping.
