sae (big house on the lake, being renovated, won't be done for a year)
du (average house on the lake, being renovated.. Not sure how it will turn out)
sig chi (biggest house on campus, might not be on campus)
sig ep (nice new house, built a couple years ago)
fiji (nice house on the lake, kinda far down Langdon)
theta chi (nice new house whose construction will finish soon, should be nice)
the lodge aka chi psi (beautiful lakefront house, arguably nicest house on campus)
chi phi (meh house, physically on langdon)
aepi (they have johnny-os, a bar)

I you are unsure of the physical qualities of a house. Look at this above me. But more importantly actually go on house tours come rush

why would you choose a frat based on the architecture of the house? choose to rush a house based on how you fit with the guys in the house rather than because it doesn't remind you of a dentist's office....

i doubt anyone is rushing based on what the house looks like, i but I'd be lying if i said I'd rather live and hangout in the Chi Phi building than Sig Ep
