Did aphi and dg five out snap bids

And why not? COB is open to any sororities that still have space after rush—-either because they did not get quota, or because they are not at house total (for whatever reason—-could be drops, loss of membership due to graduation, transfers, etc) even if they got quota (or even quota plus) during regular rush. DG must not meet that criteria. Good for them.
