lucky vs sellery

if you're a freshman and you want to have a good social life/ be with girls who will also be rushing, should you live in lucky or sellery? which type of people live in both?

people in Lucky arent as friendly you wont meet even 1/10 as many girls as you will in sellery

Lucky is 2/3 owned by the university. the other third is just like open apartments anyone can live in. so only 2/3 of the people actually go to the school

its like not even a thing to live in lucky freshman year. nobody normal does it
