I've heard that they are a really good group of guys. They don't have an actually fraternity house on langdon but have a smaller appt building all to themselves which they party at. Their lack of house really hampers them as a whole since they don't have the space to throw down. Since they are new they don't really have much sorority connections which hurts social calendar.

However, in my opinion, they have the most potential to actually become something out of the unhoused chapters due to the quality of guys.

Also they are tiny (maybe 45 dude) so theres a ton of brotherhood, but without a large brotherhood, you cant really be taken seriously
