From a frat guy’s perspective (I’m in Delta Upsilon), I think that the beautiful ladies of alpha chi omega are certainly taus. Alpha Phi is a close second “saus” (second taus)

Kappa is the “top” house in that they are most selective. GPhi is 2nd. After that it is really a matter of opinion. IMO Theta and Chi O are underrated and have had strong rushes the last couple years. They are definitely moving up.

Kappa is probably the most selective, followed by GPhi. Although APhi is in the top 3 with those sororities (rank is totally subjective between the 3 depending on what you value), it's not as selective. If you're hot, you're in. Personality/Background doesn't count like they do in Kappa and GPhi. I mean I'd say DG is more selective than APhi even though they are generally viewed as #4 or #5. And agreed about ChiO--they are moving up.
