Spring pcs are full of geeds

Why are so many of the pcs at top frats filled with goofballs. Someone explain

Because a top frat is a mirage. It’s impossible to get all good guys. Every frat has good guys and weird guys and most the “top frats” are only top frats because of their name. Some of them like sae have way weirder guys than frats ranked below them.
