They told the Greek Life Office they were having rush and then never announced dates. IDK if they actually had rush though

They did dirty rush and this should be brought to others attention. They did not have events and told humo girls that they were getting bids before they got bids.

I know for a fact that they gave four to six girls bids snd they joined because my friend was one of them. I don't know if it's considered dirty rushing but they did accept new members but didn't have public events. They accepted girls they knew they wanted already and didn't give anyone else a chance

If that ^ is what happened, that's COB. You invite various girls to events and your org decides (membership selection) whether to give them bids or not. Most of these girls will be people your members already know and like, as some APhi had to know them enough to invite them over. That's how COB works.
