Wondering about frat parties

So I don’t think I’m going to rush but I’m just wondering how frat parties work. Am I pretty much guaranteed to get in if I’m a girl? If not what do I need to do to get invited to frat parties? What are the frat parties actually like? Are they fun? Are there a lot of people that show up? What frats have the best parties?
