Sorority Rush Tips
by: BellaSo I decided that I’m going to rush this year but I don’t have any friends or family who were in Greek life so I have no idea what to expect. What kind of questions do they ask you during rush? What should I wear for each day of rush? Do I need to bring anything with me for rush? What do the girls want to hear/see from us to be invited back to the next day or get a bid?

Just be yourself! In the beginning is gonna be a lot of questions about where you’re from, where you’re living, your major etc. The first round is online and the second round the give you a tshirt to wear and girls wear anything from shorts to pants to skirts with that shirt. Round 3 and pref a lot of girls wear dresses or rompers and probably sandals!

Everyone always says be yourself- kind of true but more like be yourself meeting your mom’s friends at the country club for the first time. Look cute. Have your hair and makeup done. Whiten your teeth, get your highlights touched up, have a nice manicure. Have a little tan. Be friendly and enthusiastic at every house- try to remember names. Compliment the people you meet sincerely and compliment the sorority. Find some rush buddies.
