Let’s be honest, Zeta is waaayyyy too new to even include in a rank. It takes time and 1 year is not enough to establish yourself. Maybe they had some socials last year but to give PNM’s perspective the top 5/6houses have 4 socials a week!
Also, not having a house makes it a totally different experience for PNM’s. The other houses host sisterhood events and pledge class sleep overs, house wide meals, study sessions, etc. I don’t have anything against Zeta, but it’s critical that PNM’s understand the differences so they can make the best decision for themselves.

Yes, PNM’s might not understand what they miss out on when they pledge a house that isn’t established. Some might like the idea of growing something new but others won’t like the trade offs.
