Feelings about gphi?

I’ve heard lots of mixed reviews about gphi. Some say they are great and top tier, some say they are super overrated. Why do people think they are overrated or not worthy of top tier? Or on the other side what do people like about them?

Bottom line, if you didn’t go to high school with someone in Gphi you’ll get cut. Particularly from Minnesota or Wisconsin.
