i can see what you're saying, but KSig is 1 and FIJI is DEFINITELY not above Sig Ep and Sig Chi

FIJI could try as hard as Sig Ep and still wouldn't be this high.
I tell it like it is,
First Tier
KSig: They dominate the scene, SAE doesn't suddenly become on par with them just because DU slips a little.
Second Tier:
SAE: Obviously killing the game, made their name, now they're building on it, plus new house Still aren't on the level of KSig.
Sig Chi: Huge house, huge membership, good diversity. All of their guys know how to have a good time. Sanctions probably won't hurt them as much as they did DU.
DU: Even after their suspension they still have a big presence. You're kidding yourself if you don't think with a renovated house and regained freedom they won't slide back to a top three spot.
Sig Ep: Makes this tier by a hair. They throw down, have a sick house, but the general view of them in the community is less than perfect.
Third Tier
Theta Chi: Not having a house might have hurt them this year, but next year will define them. Interesting mix of guys, some great, some less than desirable. Making strides, but need to step it up socially.
FIJI: A lot of solid bros and one of the best houses minus location. Recent success might be getting to their head. Not a powerhouse, and nothing close to top tier.
Special Case
AEPi: Could fit in anywhere from Sig Ep down. They dominate their market but not much outside of that. There's something to say here about quality over quantity. If they get their hands on a house it could help them regain the reach they had before.

Slight disagreement on the tiers and the orders within the tiers, but the descriptions are spot on:

Also,
Depending on how this brush with trouble effects Sig Chi, they could easily drop down to upper middle with Sig Ep or for all we know they could stay the same-it's not like they underwent membership review
And with FIJI and OX: let's just call it how it is, FIJI is better right now, they have a better social calendar and most of the weird guys from their early years have graduated, they have a lot of potential to move up
BUT
OX has made strides this year, they rushed better they are getting a nice new house next year. However, really no one knows how this new house will affect them. It could boost them up above FIJI or for all we know, they could stay exactly where they are now; it's totally up to them. Chi Psi has the nicest house on campus and it hasn't done anything for them...

Serious question. How the hell do you knoe all this. How did you go about finding out everyone's social schedule and their rush classes. Most importantly why do you or anyone else care? If you spent half the amount of time actually socializing you'd be better off.

i feel like ranking houses is kinda difficult, cuz literally everyone has personal preference. i know kappas whose fav houses are sig ep and sammy, gphis who only go to ksig and dgs who love theta chi.
it literally all comes down to where you feel at home and where you like the guys the most
