The big nice house pike has on Langdon right now is rented by them for only one more year. It was sig chis house before they got kicked off but sig chis alumni still own the house and therefore will reclaim the house when they come back to campus in a year or two

I can indeed confirm 22-23' is the last year Pike will be in the Sig house. We are recolonizing in 23-24' and will have the OG house. Cheers.

Sigma Chis are usually the hottest guys on every campus they are on- a mix of chill guy and athlete. Can’t wait for another frat on campus that’s strong nationally. With strong alums and their kids attending UW, they’ll probably do well right away.
