What makes DG & Pi Phi remain at this level? What’s so great about them to keep them anything above a mid/low tier?

Where would you rank them? They are below 4 other houses (which is fair) but above Theta, Tri-Delt etc. (which is also fair)
Nobody is calling them top but they surely aren’t bottom.

Ranks are subjective- i would move DG up and APhi down. DU and Theta Chi both moved up to their own tier.
