Why are the top houses top?
by: FactspitterThe real reason the top frats and stats are where they are is because they repeatedly have upperclassman who remain active in their house. The mid to lower tier houses released her to thin out after sophomore year. That is the bottom line. That is why the tap houses continue to recruit the best of the best. If the mid or lower tier‘s really want to start competing with those tap houses in the upper classmen are going to really need to stay involved and keep their numbers up.

This is true and it's not. Out of the traditional top 3, 2 have traditionally good retention all 4 years and one DEFINTIELY does not. But since they are all IG hot, they have risen to the top tier despite upperclassman drops. I honestly don't think it's a sustainable strategy, but it's working for them in the now.

The top houses are top because they have established themselves over time as being consistently full of smart, fun and yes beautiful girls. And because of their many positive attributes they are confident. They don’t cling to particular frats to feel their worth. They mix freely with everyone because they know that they are all they need to have a good time.

That is so not true. The “top” sororities are known for clinging to the same 2-3 frats. It’s quite honestly embarrassing. Grow up and get over yourselves. Need humbling

NOT true! Just look at Gphi. I wouldn’t say they have the hottest girls by any means but they are pretty popular and well-liked.
