theta chi you have a minuscule chance but it is really unlikely as they are getting better
Anywhere else there's a smallish chance.
My advice, look mostly at pike, chi psi and the lodge. Bring up the fact you are a junior during rush and ask the rush chairs their honest opinions on bidding juniors. They will give you a straight answer
