I disagree. ZBT, Acacia and TKE are all decent fraternities. Phi delt has a massive pledge class and growing sorority relations. Delta Chi has also growing sorority relations and they are moving into 200. langdon (old chi phi house) next year, so that should help them a lot

Honestly don’t understand why a lot of these posts have SAE below both Fiji and BETA and (-). Did something happen that I don’t know about? And also the hype for Pike? I mean yeah there house is cool but that’s it
