Best list I’ve seen so far. But I would move AXO below on the same tier as DG. I’d also move SAE above FIJI/Beta Bc we all know girls flock to SAE first.

From a guys perspective I would rank AXO over DG. They are for sure not a top tier yet but they are well on their way.

I think that this is the most accurate ranking for this semester/rush ONLY. I think Beta is pulling in a lot of girls from top tier houses and their A bars have been doing well. Putting AXO in the top tier is questionable for most but they had a pretty good rush and they are seen out a lot more than DGs newest PC. I would move DU down a tier because although they are historically relevant, they don’t draw a big crowd to their parties. Pike however has been a hit with their new basement so I would move them up a tier. Chi O also received a really good PC. I would not put them on the same tier as DG but maybe a tier of the own right under.

There is no way that AXO is top. Put it down with DG where they belong. You can’t have 4 houses on top when only 6 houses are relevant on campus.
