Sophomore Re-Rushing

I’ve heard of girls who rushed last year, were in different houses, then re-rushed again this year and got into Gphi?!?!! How the hell does that work? I thought you weren’t suppose to do that?

So I know of the girls you are talking about and they were pledges last year at APhi and at Kappa (don’t quote me, it’s just what I heard), but dropped before initiation. I think they had friends in Gphi, so that’s how it happened. No knock on the other 2 houses—-sometimes it’s just not a good fit or maybe being involved in a sorority was too overwhelming freshman year? All that matters is that the girls are happy in their decision now.

Actually, it was Aphi, Kappa and Pi Phi and they all dropped right before or missed initiation so they could rerush different houses. Personally, I think it’s so disrespectful that these girls are allowed to do this up until the day before initiation because I know the girls in their old houses went above and beyond to make them feel welcomed and they just decided that Gphi was the only house that fit their standards….

Sounds like rumors about Gphi being full of clicks with a poor sisterhood might be true. Sucks to be in the new pledge class knowing that 3 sophomores already have friends in the house

What those girls did was for sure questionable! However, not sure how their actions necessarily points to terrible cliques in Gphi? Plus, show me another house with 300+ women where there aren’t any cliques at all.
Also, FYI, clicks is spelled cliques.
