Real Frat Tier List

These rankings are going to be purely based on which frats throw the best parties/ most popular/ where the top sororities normally go to.

TOP: SAE/BETA/FIJI (In no particular order) These three frats are constantly fighting over where the top 3 (kappa,aphi,and gphi) sororities go on a night out; all known for having a strict door policy on who gets in. Along with the guys being known as attractive, outgoing, and fun guys. All three of these frats have amazing tailgates on gamedays along with abars that are both always packed with hundreds of people. Everyone wants to be at their parties. With Beta having had an amazing rush these last couple of years, they have easily become one of the most popular frats on campus. Especially, with their most recent fall pc that attracts a lot of attention from the most popular sororities on campus. SAE as always is top but has seen a lot of their popularity being taken by FIJI and BETA as they have both been having amazing rushes and taking over in recent years. FIJI similar to Beta has attracted a lot of attention from the top sororities.

UPPER MID: PIKE/OX/DU. These frats are filled with nice, outgoing guys, but are just not nearly as popular with the top sororities as the "top" frats are. Pike has recently risen the ranks now that they have the old EX house, where they can throw some ragers. Don't get me wrong these frats throw some amazing parties DU and OX, but their parties just don't have the same amount of popularity as the others.

MID: AEDPI, Delt. These guys are known as the nice, smart guys that can throw some good ragers. They aren't the craziest or best-looking, but it can be a fun time here.

Lower Mid: TKE, Lodge, Sammy, ZBT. Pretty much just have a little more clout over the rest of the frats on campus, which brings in a little bigger crowd at their parties.

Rush wherever you fit in the best, but these are just the tier rankings to show new PNMs on how the majority of people view the frats here.
