I’ll play.
I’m going to have to give the top spot to Kappa—beautiful house, gorgeous girls, best rush, their IG and social media game always on point. Other houses should take notes! (No, I’m not a Kappa—just giving these girls the credit they’re due.)
Alpha Phi is still second chair, hot but not very classy and gives off a strong wannabe vibe.
Gphi is having a terrible rush—top girls dropping them early, and will probably end up with another sub-par new member class. Mediocre house with mediocre girls. After this rush, they will likely land squarely in the middle tier.

Fair enough, but GPhi’s house isn’t mediocre. It is pretty dope. But I agreed GPhi is probably tied with or a little behind APhi. I feel like they would do better if they weren’t forced to cut so many first round

Might be a stupid question but how would one house know how another house is or isn’t doing during rush?
Couldnt Gphi like a girl that might not be a fit in Aphi or Kappa likes a girl that Gphi cut because she might not be the best fit for them? Isn’t that the way rush is suppose to work?

To above: They don’t know how a house is doing unless it’s there own or they are involved with panhel and the recruitment process. Every year around around this round trolls come on here to make it seem like one house is doing terribly, and it’s never true. Since I was a freshman, the targets have varied, but the last 2 years the target seems to be GPhi. I feel bad for them. Especially since I’ve only had positive interactions with them. Plus, I had heard that Kappa and them have the highest return rates up to this point. But, I’m not involved in panhel so I really don’t know that for sure. Just the rumor around Langdon.
