Question about rounds

Is it just me or did Kappa and Gphi cut a lot of ppl after 1st round?

Does this mean if you are invited back for later rounds, your chances of getting in are better?

Kappa APhi and GPhi all have to make huge cuts, every round but especially in the early rounds. Most girls start rush wanting one of these three houses and so very few cut them. Panhellenic makes them cut a lot early so you don’t end up with tons of girls with no bids at the end.

Unfortunately these houses make deep cuts every round. Kappa and APhi especially have their pick of girls.

Those “top” houses have usually already dirty rushed their entire pc, so they pretty much know who they are gonna keep. Most houses hosted 12 rounds yesterday but those houses only had 8 and were done before 5

Not true. The top houses know some girls they want for sure, but there are always a few surprises and girls that just click! The top houses had fewer rounds because they are required to cut more after the first rounds. Trust me. They would prefer not to have to cut that many girls after first round!

Top houses have to make bigger cuts b/c PNMs aren’t cutting them
The process is as fair as possible but it can seem brutal
PNMs need to keep an open mind. Don’t focus on top 2 houses only. There are great girls in all the houses. Give the process a chance to work

Don’t worry about not being in one of the top 3. Most people aren’t and they have an amazing Greek experience too! Don’t take round 1 cuts personally. They didn’t get a chance to meet you so these cuts are pretty random.

Kappa and GPhi have to cut about 800 girls first round and then cut hundreds more each round after that. Not many PNMs cut those houses so they end up having to cut a lot. It is great if you made it past the first cuts, but that doesn't mean you are in. Be sure to keep an open mind and look at all the houses equally.
