Wanna know something interesting about aphi
by: teafound out last year that aphi got in trouble for the way they rushed because their rush group chat got leaked. They would rush girls based on 1) looks 2) if you were funny or not and 3) if you were funny and pretty. Each PNM would be separated into three rooms based on those three things. Seriously? Separating girls based on looks...that's low, even for aphi. Posting this just so the PNMs this year know what they're getting into when they rush APHI

The fact that you are suggesting there is nothing wrong with an organization strictly judging girls by their looks vs as multi-dimensional people with brains, personalities, interests, diverse backgrounds etc is messed up.
If you’re an Aphi, I certainly hope you don’t speak for your house and represent what a shallow, vapid group you are. Though we all secretly suspect it.
If you’re a PNM, and see nothing wrong with the practice of a Panhellenic chapter only evaluating girls by their looks, then I say go for it! Aphi is definitely the house for you because my house wants nothing to do with such narrow, backwards thinking.

Honestly don’t care one way or the other b/c recruitment requirements are the decision of the individual organization, but this is absolutely true. It’s APhis National recruitment policy. It became a big deal when an APhi at Michigan published it online. There’s now entire social media sites dedicated to trying to change it etc. Anyway, bottom line, I guess if you get invited back to APhi you can be secure in the knowledge that atleast you’ll have looks in common with your peers, if nothing else. 🤷🏼♀️
