Thoughts on GPHI?

Thinking of rushing next year as a sophomore and I have heard a lot of mixed things about GPHI. What’s their rep?

They are a top 5 house. They aren’t the most selective, but it isnt easy to get into any of the top five. Their reputation is being chill and low drama.
