top 3 ksig sae sigchi. shouldnt change unless suspension hurts sigchi, then sig ep could hop there. aepi could if they got house.

what about DU? i mean they're def better than sig chi...

Right now KSig, SAE, SigChi. Next year SAE(only if house is built), KSig, SigChi.

-Kappa Sig is certainly in the best spot. They have arguably the best physical house and have a solid crew of guys.
-SAE will also be up there once they get a new house depending on when that happens. I've heard next year is looking possible though.
-DU is probably in the next best spot. They're getting off probation and renovating/expanding their house which, unlike SAE, I'm hearing is a guarantee. And Mondays is back.
-Sig Chi would be up there too but we've seen what an extended suspension can do to a house i.e. DU
All 4 of these hang out with very good looking, fun girls and tend to party hard.
