Love this, love the concept. Personally, I’d move Theta up a tier but otherwise looking good.

Not downvoting this but just saying that based on this year’s rush (reality), these were not the houses where all the most popular PNMs went, most talked about (positive comments) and liked houses that all the girls wanted to go back (highest return rates) to etc

So sadly, looks, appearances, IG feed and popularity with boys and just all around superficiality is still what matters to most.

I wish we lived in a world where depth, values, intelligence, inclusion, niceness were more important than looks, family money, where you’re from etc—and if they were, then I think this list is pretty spot on.

However, I’d move theta and chio up maybe with AXO

i feel like this list encompasses popularity with frats tho. other than like the top 3 or 4 frats, a lot of frats don’t like aphi and kappa lol

I’m on panhel and the house with the highest return rate is on the middle of this list. Not sure what holistic entails, but all these lists are ridiculous. The best house is always subjective. And the best house for anyone is the house that wants you and makes you feel welcomed.

All of these lists make me laugh but the holistic list is a new level of hilarious.
