(based on popularity, vibe of house, likeability of girls, grades, looks, social media, what girls are saying through rush)
Gphi / AXO / DG
(a step down from the tippy top.....and before all the Gphis start complaining, let’s be honest girls, last year wasn’t a great rush and this year you’re barely hanging on—historic rep will only get you so far; meanwhile, DG is making big moves as a pretty, nice, well rounded girls house to move up into the top)
PiPhi / XO / AEPhi
(these aren’t bad houses, just a bit more niche, not quite as visible on the overall Langdon social scene)
Theta / AXiD / Tri Delt / SDT

honestly i’m just gonna put this out there...the top 5 houses are kappa, gphi, aphi, axo, and dg SOLELY based on who the top frats like to hang out with. as long as you’re in one of these, you can get into any frat you want and guys don’t care which one you’re in. it just depends on what you’re looking for because the vibes are so different

I have heard G phi and Kappa are tops, but I haven’t really seen or heard much about either other than that. If I was basing it solely on what (very little) I have seen I would say my top two I hope to be invited back to are Alpha Phi and DG. But that is because they seem like they are most interested in the PNMs. They reached out to a lot of PNMs to tell them to rush. I guess the G phi and Kappa feel like they already know who they want and probably don’t think they have to hustle to get the best PNMs.
The virtual rush feels so disconnected and random. I am sort of wondering if it might be better just to drop and wait until next year.

they don't reach out to people on instagram like aphi does because they don't use looks and the amount of followers you have as a basis to recruit girls lol...they wait until they actually talk to you and get to see your personality until they make a decision on whether or not they want you in their sorority
