by: CuriousHow come some houses post ALL the time so you can get a good sense of the house vs other house that hardly ever post? Also, how accurate are the posts at depicting the actual vibe of the house would you say? Right now based on what I’ve seen, I really like Kappa, Aphi and AXO and from most girls I’ve talked to, these are the general faves going into rush. Am a bit nervous with the virtual format of recruitment and not sure if going off of social media will give a real sense of the houses.

If social media accurately portrayed a house's vibe, you would expect to see more than just positive pictures as no one is perfect. Hence, you see what the sorority wants you to think and who they want to be the faces of the sorority.
Some houses may have better personal connections and more active houses, thus allowing for less constant social media posting. However, some houses may be lazy and just not care about posting.
In summary, social media has its pros and cons.
