theta isnt rlly that high they are on a tridelt/axid vibe j from girls ik they all hang w similar frats and rush same girls

I would argue that Theta is more on PiPhi vibes. Alot of girls pref piphi and theta, I would even say that its the most common pair between those houses and then AXID for both Piphi and theta
