rushing as a junior

I'm from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but am planning on transferring to UW as a junior next fall. I literally won't know a single person here, but I would like to rush a fraternity which would help me out with meeting new people and having fun. Would it even be worth me rushing as a junior, or are most of the houses looking more at freshman and sophomores? Thanks
