It's a shame such a lame frat like Theta Chi gets a new house and SAE is homeless.

Ever since the Sig Ep fire all fraternity houses need at minimun at sprinkler system. So many of them are asking why not go for more. In some cases a new house or a renovated house.

Theta Chi isn't lame. And SAE is getting a new house the reconstruction starts in October. stupid.
