why are thetas always ranked so low?

I’m planning on going through rush next fall and from my research I really like what Thetas have to offer. However, looking through Greek Rank they’re consistently ranked in the lower tiers, what are some of the reasons why?

I’m responding here but really, you need to judge every house for yourself. And remember that one round’s conversations may not be truly representative of the rest of the girls in it.
