which fraternities will offer spring rush?

Seems like ill be transferring in spring semester. Was curious to know which fraternities usually have a spring rush or if anyone knows which ones exactly will be available this year?
As well as I know there is usually less spots in spring rush but does it make it more competitive?

Almost every fraternity participates. But the numbers are a lot smaller. In fall the largest pledge classes are in the mid/high 30s, but with spring it's rare for someone to get more than 20. It isn't as competitive cuz the most cool guys knew they wanted to rush fall

Any recommendations for preparing for spring rush? Should I contact any of the fraternities early and try to get to know them ahead of time or any thing like that?
