sae new house?

I'm rushing and was at a SAE rush party, they were telling me their new house is gonna be ready next fall. Is that true? Cuz other frats told me their old one is still there.

They're old house is still there even though they said the new one would be in construction by now. They're not even getting a new house, it's going to be a 7 story appartment building where most of the rooms will be rented out by random people.

I'm rushing there too and went to one of their info sessions where they had the head of Greek Housing come speak. He showed us the layout and told us the demolition papers are in. I don't remember what he said about the amount of floors, but they'll have their old house for tailgates once dry rush is over
