sorority ranks with descriptions

Kappa: While they obviously got a weaker pledge class this year than in past years, they still have 3 older PCs of attractive girls and the historical prestige. This could change with next year’s rush, but for right now I would still consider them top house.
Gphi: They have done well last rush and the last few years, but they can still have an odd mix of girls that holds them back from being the top house. In the next few years if they can be more consistent in the girls they get in terms of both looks and personality, they could easily be the definite top house next year.
Alpha Phi: Can’t deny that they are top tier now. They will most likely get another very attractive pledge class next year and will continue to rise
DG/AXO: AXO is super chill, frats like them. The girls are overall both attractive and nice, and I’m sure they will continue to do well next year. DG is a good sorority, but has definitely fallen in the last few years. They aren’t as attractive and they aren’t as nice as past years. They are falling into the middle tier and really need to step it up to stay in the top tier/upper middle tier.
PiPhi: They are fun and pretty and I think they will continue to improve in the next few years. They aren’t always as involved but I don’t really hear much about them either positive or negative.
Tridelt/Theta/AXID: I’m having a really hard time deciding how to rank them since they are similarity tiered but attract very different girls. Theta attracts more quiet and studious girls who aren’t very social, but they are all very sweet and friendly. Tridelt has an odd mix of girls but their last 2 pcs have shown improvement so they could easily move up in the next few years if they continue this trend. Axid is newer on campus so they will still need a few years to really get established. They have a gorgeous house and they have done very well for the few years they have been here and I think they will do really well in the future.
Aephi/XO: these two houses are pretty similar in rankings and type of girls they attract. They are a very niche sorority, so they are hard to rank.
SDT: Without a house they just can’t really compete with the other houses during rush. They struggle to make quota, but the girls that are in it seem really nice.
