What is the Bro House?

The bro house is that blueish gray house right on the bend in Langdon on the lake side. DU used to have it as their senior house. No clue when/how it came to be, but du is pretty bro-y

322 East Langdon, it's down past Fiji. Just keep walking east past AXO and you'll hit it eventually bro. There should still be the neon sign in the window that says Bro House.
