what happened/when is the suspension getting lifted

pike got suspended for serving alcohol to minors at an unregistered party. A girl got completely blacked out when she pregamed by herself for a classy wine tasting event and told her mom and her mom went off and called the police on them. the police found that nothing occurred but IFC had to make an example and gave them a quick alcohol suspension until January 1st.
