aphi national recruitment strategy

So, I have a friend at Michigan, and during recruitment this year an Alpha Phi released the recruitment directives from Nationals. It is a super long read and she did it under a faux name (but it came out later that the organization in question was APhi), but it’s super interesting (you can go over to Michigan’s page on here and find it or it’s also on other websites). Basically, it boils down to Nationals having a policy of and supporting via training and software looks-only recruitment. Makes so, so, so much sense in retrospect. Also explains the sudden rise of the APhi at Wisco. And at other schools I know, tbh.
