TIER 1:
GPHI/KAPPA: tied for first. however, mix with different frats and have very different girls. still, very similar in overall popularity, although gphi tends to be more well liked/down to earth while kappa is probably more attractive

TIER 2:
AXO/APHI/DG: in that order. axo continues to be well liked as a huge group of chill partiers with a handful of hot girls, and aphi is getting increasingly hotter with each pc which makes the top frats want to socialize with them. still not girls you'd take home to mom, but gotta hand it to them. they've been sweeping all the marketable instagram girls. DG has a mix of super hot upperclassmen and some really not, they remain a top house because of historical prestige

PI PHI: mixed vibes bc frats like them more than they do theta, xo or tri delt. have a few girls that are well known on campus but for the most part not super social. had a better rush this year, but need to do a whole lot of improving to do in order to stay above tridelta

CHI O/TRI DELT: tri delt is getting better and chi o always has a few dope girls but still really not relevant at all to the main greek social scene. anyone who is greek knows neither ever out rushes pi phi

TIER 4: socially irrelevant for the most part but ranked in this order
